1. How long is the warranty for a Chotovelli watch? A 30 day warranty for factory defects and 2 years limited warranty for parts is applied. 2. Where is the nearest Chotovelli service center? There is a service center located in Hong Kong but IWM can take care of the service requirements at a minimal cost (TBA). IWM has a registered technician who could diagnose and address standard repairs. 3. Are the straps interchangeable? Yes, we have 3 straps to choose from depending on the model. Our available materials are silicone, black leather, and brown leather. Our leather straps are made of cowhide. 4. If I order online, how long will it take before the Chotovelli watch is delivered to my doorstep? Please allow 3-5 working days from arrival of shipment before merchandise reaches your doorstep.
